For those who want to take a impromptu trip and discover by themselves, the Center can help them to take a map, a “what’s on” guide, find way to buy daily subway ticket, get some cash from an ATM and then they can embark in their journey. However, this is only a part of what this Center can do. The Center provide you various aspect of sightseeing in Osaka with 4 main services:
Tourist area and transportation information: Visitors can find here usual array of brochures for tourist area information in many languages not only inside Osaka city but also many famous area such as world heritage “Koyasan”. If you fearlessly ask a staff here, she will kindly  assist you and patiently direct you through the map the easiest way to get to your destination with detailed information about transportation. In addition, they provide updated information about all events and attractions in about a month with even the open time of each event. Therefore you can arrange your schedule to save time and money.

Railway information: Train is one of the most populous means of transportation in Japan so make sure you get fully details of stations and train trips.
Hotel reservation: Hotel reservation is available in Nankai travel salon.
Tour package service: The Center offers you some short tours that takes you around Namba to Dotonbori areas. Specially, foreign travelers can take reservations for tours with an English-speaking tour guide to Kansai regions including Osaka, Kyoto, and Nara. This is really helpful for those who visit Kansai for the very first time.
Ticket sale: You can also purchase some special and convenient tickets, including train or express bus tickets for traveling in Osaka here.



The staffs, with sweet smiles, will be happy to welcome and support you at the Center. They have English speaker staff every day. Staffs of Korean, Chinese and sign language are available but not always so they provide the TV phone system and special Sound hub for hearing impaired person for free. The Center is also staffed by members of Osaka SGG Club- a volunteer organization set up to assist overseas visitors. Everytime coming here, you can received the best help and information and all the maps you need to take a good start for your trip.

Open time: 

The opening time is from 9:00 am to 8:00pm and from 10:00am to 6pm on December 31st, January 2nd to January 3th.


You don't need any payment for Information Service.
